Once Pacquaio takes the test and looks awful against Mayweather, the world will know that he has been a drugs cheat for years and Miguel Cotto will have the satisfaction of knowing that his only fair loss has been to the greatest fighter of the modern era :hey

Actually he was ready to fight Manny in a rematch but Manny and his team wanted Cotto at 147. Cotto pointed out why they fought Margarito at 150 and why couldnt they do the same for him. He told him he was not going to sacrifice his health and body once again especially if he had other options to explore.

And he was quite right. Also, he's making much more money for this bout.

Cotto(e) doesn't seem like the type to simply go for a cash out. Plus he's not shot and in dire need of money.

Say what you want about him, but he always comes to fight. He's in there trying to win until you discourage him.

When he fought under Bob Arum, he fought for glory. Now that he fights for himself, he's cashing out. :rofl:rofl

Cotto's advisor mentions that he is very happy Cotto/Floyd bout is taking place. Not only is Cotto making his biggest payday but the fight is taking place at 154 as long as Cotto agree to random testing. Which by the way Cotto agreed with no problem and tantrums:D Cottos advisor also mentions why the rematch didnt happen with Manny and unlike the first time Cotto was able to explore other options that were best financially but also best for his health and body which team Manny wanted him to go down to 147 this time. The best thing that happen to Cotto was to part ways with Arum at this time of his career. If not Cotto would have been stuck in a rematch again with Manny at 147 because Arum would have convince him there is no one else out there and that will be his only choice if not he must sit out longer until something came up in the future.

Cotto deserves this payday everything he has done for the fans and the sport and the bull**** he endured under the Top Rank label. God bless him and his family, a great warrior.:deal

This will be a one sided ass whipping, but you know what? I am still gonna buy it, I am supporting this dude out of respect.
