Cotto is doomed. This isn't the same Cotto we've seen 3 years ago.

You may be right but it's a tough call. I think Berto would be a great fight to determine whether he's still POUND FOR POUND candidate.

 

Yeah he was being cautious,the only time he unloaded like the old Cotto was in the 6th where he had Clottey in the corner for a minute and a half.. Then again without the cut he wouldve been more aggressive takes him a lil bit to warm up.he had no choice..

 

Laughable. He looked alot like the guy who fought Urkal in terms of handspeed, mobility, overall disposition, ect. He actually looked slower and worse overall against Urkal.

Have you seen the fight?? There were in fact moments in that match when Cotto was backing up and moving. Urkal was/is tough, and wouldn't go away, and wouldn't stop firing back with his little pea shooters. Cotto got discouraged at times and opted out. Urkal was even walking him down here and there. BS.

To make it short, Clottey is a very-very good fighter, which makes Cotto's win even greater. I don't think even the thread-starter meant that Cotto is "shot" or even close to that.
