Your point is, Cotto isn't close to as evasive as Lara. In fact Lara would most likely stop Cotto late after dominating him from start to finish.

Not sure why you're upset old man. Everything I've said is 100 percent FACT..

Unless you think Cotton does win.. it's possible.. that'd be hilarious as **** if true.

Of course you're correct, I should actually give you credit for seeing the writing on the wall, and having the wherewithal to make excuses beforehand instead of looking like a douche with egg on your face and having to backtrack after Canelo smashes Cotto.

    And I'm far from old.:deal

The Tijuana Assassin ain't roided to the gills like Cotto since he teamed up with Roach. :deal He may not have top stamina but he keeps going in spurts in which he throws a ton of punches and when Cotto is likely to be beaten into retirement.

The hate is strong on this thread, I'm hoping for an excellent fight if cotto goes down its expected if he wins Canelo would still be awesome just humbled by a better all around boxer. Fact is the lack of appreciation from fans is somewhat appalling. The passive aggressive bull dung is tired and old if you can't see the skill these guys bring into the ring and the contributions they already bestowed apon the boxing community stop watching boxing.

It's a shame really. A couple of these guys might actually be able to provide some good arguments were they not based on bias and unsubstantiated hate alone. I can understand not liking one boxer or another, that is all but human nature. However, demonstrating great knowledge about the sport and at the same time not having the capability of being objective based on the accomplishments, merits, and strengths of a fighter negates any intelligent point they might have. It makes for garbage posts and pointless arguments. It must feel good to berate and belittle these athletes from behind the keyboard knowing damn well that they will probably never read what has been written, I'm sure given the opportunity of a face to face with these warriors, the comments would be vastly different.

I'll try to be fair in my assessment, I see it playing out like this, Cotto will box intelligently early on, he'll cause Canelo quite a few problems with his jab, counter left hook and superior footwork, by round 4 the rounds will get closer after Canelo gets his timing down and picks up the pressure, around round 6 or 7 Cotto will start to gas and get on his bicycle throwing out his jab in an attempt to keep Canelo off of him, but at that point his punches will have lost some steam, Canelo will start to land at will in round 8 even having some success at landing combinations, and he'll stop Cotto around 10 or 11.

As much as I like Cotto (I'm still rooting for him) and most of the time don't agree with the junk you post, this is how I see it playing in my head.
