If not Pac/Floyd late this year, then it should be Cotto/Floyd. But when Floyd does beat Cotto, most then will say hes damaged goods.

Floyd by late stoppage if this ever comes off, Cotto has proven he just isn't very durable.

If or when Floyd gets a plea deal and doesnt serve jail time, I have a feeling he will prove that he is the best ever, by fighting everyone Khan 147, Cotto 154, Martinez 154, then Manny, wouldnt that be something.

BTW Cotto vs Berto makes way way more since than this IMO.

he's going to fight both first, then maybe mayweather. I can't see manny letting cotto take this fight, he would have been with cotto over a year and will know (i'm sure he already knows) cotto can't compete

cotto vs berto makes plenty sense..then the winner gets a shot at pac or floyd (assuming they dont fight eachother..lol)

Arum, that's why not. If they can't make the pac fight, there's no way he lets Cotto fight PBF either.

PBF handles Cotto pretty easily, I love Cotto...I really do, but he ain't got the tools to beat PBF, in my humble opinion. He's gotten too mythodical, he "thinks" a bit too much for my liking, and the losses seem to have made him a bit hesitant which I think plays into PBF's hands.

I sure hope it happens, not that Cotto stands a chance

You have seen the blueprint for Arum building fighters...he obviously wanted Cotto built a certain way and had him fighting in house guys, simple as that. This PBF ducked Cotto **** is weak, I understand people wanted to see it, but Arum has made it clear he doesn't give a **** what people want. He wouldn't risk an up and coming/blossoming cash cow on PBF...he just wouldn't do it.

Cotto eats floyd alive. floyd obviously is a broken man, ashamed that the public knows he's a coward. floyd obviously is feeling mortal and is intimidated by the other superior welters out there now and this is why he is in hiding. There is so much money out there for floyd but he is in hiding, because he obviously lacks confidence to beat the best at 147. he's in hiding waiting for an easy safe handpicked fight to come along.

Cotto would eat floyd alive rigth now and you will never hear floyd or haymon try to make this fight.
