    It's obvious. 27 year old Cotto would have fought GGG I'm sure of that.

    At this point though all he's looking to do is cash in big time and retire. He's not looking for a possible beatdown or to secure his legacy. He's already made his legacy as an A level fighter.

    Can you blame him?

    cotto has nuts the size of gggs head....hating on cotto is stupid....

    he saw an opportunity that sergio gave to him(and lets not forget so many people loved sergio before that).....you want to blame cotto....but its not his fault.....people are still so sour that ggg doesnt have a name scalp on his garbage resume and are looking to point a finger...yet the guy says he wont even fight canelo at a cw.....but hell fight floyd at 154....but cant fight canelo...apparently a canelo fight isnt big enough for him.....but david lemieux is.....strange

    I get a little tired of this "Cotto fought all comers" bs. You can't count Floyd and Manny because everyone in every contact sport wants to fight them.

    He fought Margarito... an avoided fighter. Big ups for that, no doubt.

    That's about it. Nobody was ducking Oktay, Judah, Alfonso, Yuri, Mayorga, Malinaggi, etc. Hell, even the Mosley he fought the general public thought was past prime and he gave Cotto a hell of a scare.

    Don't misinterpret what I'm saying here. Cotto has a solid resume... but he didn't go fight a bunch of killers that other fighters were ducking either.

    Ur really reaching to downplay cotto here.....ya it's not murders row .....one after another...., but really? Who's resume is?

    Taylor, Pascal, Dirrel, Kessler, Abraham, Johnson, Ward, Bute, Mack, Groves x2

    Yes, Mack and Johnson are weaker but not really bums or anything like that either.

    You have to take the 2 best fighters on Froch's and remove them since pac and floyd apparently don't count for cotto......lol


    Yes froch has a good one......but there aren't many like that....and Cotto's isn't far behind if it all

    He fought prime Pacquiao. You might not it remember all that well, but back in the day Pacquiao was a fighter that was nerve wracking to face.

    Not only because you were probably going to lose, but there was going to be complete hell dished out on your body.

    It takes courage to fight a monster offensive fighter. And Cotto held up well even pushing Pacquiao back at times.

    Yes, Cotto held his own very well that night. People give him **** for getting blown up, but that wasn't the case.

    Cotto has to beat Canelo and one more big name to be regarded a HOF.
    Bradley on the other hand, is just one name away from HOF.
