I'm a little sick of this GGG hypetrain double standard. When nobody wanted to fight Paul Williams what did he do? He moved up and fought in higher weight divisions. GGG is not the world beater boogeyman the world and media is trying to make him out to be. I guarantee if he moves up and fights even a Dirrel caliber fighter, he will magically look like the cherry picking hypejob that he is. I dont want to see him fight a blown up Cotto who lost to Trout because its a wasted fight. This guy is 32 years old and just went 11 rounds for the first time in his professional career. That tells me the ones who are really scared are GGG and his people because they match him with bum after bum and they're trying to milk him for all they can while they can. Move up, fight someone with at least a name and get exposed. The boxing world always tries to keep a built up fabrication in the picture and it lowers the standard of the sport as a whole. He called everyone out from 154 to 168. He's since hid behind his managements decisions and is intentionally placed with cab drivers who box as a hobby. I dont care about Friday Night Fighter Quillen either and I dont care if they are scared. This guy needs to finally fight a real challenge. Floyd alternates divisions. Why cant ths guy?

And he lost to both. Convincingly.

It's not a relevent point because Cotto and Golovkin are the same weight.

It is relevant. You are calling him a "coward" when he has shown more guts than GGG in his career.

Not really. Boxing is a business and I don't recall Cotto ever refusing any offers from GGG.

Good news. Cotto already proved himself and certainly doesn't need to fight someone who's biggest win literally came two weeks ago for pennies. Time to cash out big for Cotto and retire.

Most people expected him to get pummeled so yeah. Also fought a prime Pacquiao and pretty much everyone else around his size.

Exactly. Cotto's went from a fight anyone warrior to a diva since teaming up with Roach and his cronies. Too many people overlook that

    Maybe diva's the wrong word

He's holdng the belt hostage and avoiding the man

That's a move utterly typical of Roach and cronies, not of Cotto

The hate should be directed towards them, not Cotto

    Cotto IS a warrior

But what he's doing is not right
