    Technicality.

    It's also a technicality that Cotto won the title at a catchweight, and may defend it at one whilst "Triple" is performing exclusively at the sanctioned weight limit.

    You must make a defence of the belt if you want to be a real champ.

    Murray should have had that belt anyway and Cotto would not have beaten Murray.

    Cotto vs Martinez was a sham of a fight.

    h2h I'm not even sure Cotto is a top 10 MW, Martinez was just completely shot in that fight... Pretty much anyone in the top 30 would have beaten him.
