When I say limited, I'm talking about his right hand. AM had no regard for his right hand. None.

I believe Cotto, Margo took a lot of shots to the head and I mean a lot of open flush clean hits to the head. Cotto was hitting it for a good part of most of the fight because Margo kept his hands low to protect his body, but not going for the body more wasnt Cotto's mistake it was trying to be a fighter he was not, if he kept that fight in the middle of the ring he could of easily gone the full 12 rounds.

Just hyping the upcoming rematch. He won't say stuff like "I can't beat him" or "He's better than me", that won't generate any interest in a rematch and people will question it rather than support/pay for it.

    Sure, I agree with that.
But you said "Cotto is already limited offensively". Margo not having regard for his right hand is a totally different thing. Cotto is actually very good offensively in my book.

This pretty much confirms what you could see in the ring, Margarito covered exclusively to the body, making it almost foolish not to take headshots. In the long run, I am betting Margarito will have some pretty bad brain damage

Both are amazing offensively but Bob Arum (god it pains me to say it) was right when he called Marg a runaway train. He was always going to catch up to cotto...if he went to the body it'd happen sooner. Look, cotto is not a mover and to defeat a stable, iron chin, monster like margarito you need to dance a bit. Bottom line cotto will NEVER be a leonard. Or a taylor. Or camacho. He will always be a selective pressure fighter which is useless against a painless force of nature like margo. Cotto is a better all around fighter. Same as I believe frazier was better than foreman. But cliche as it sounds, styles make fights...

Yeah, that was the problem. Cotto would leave himself open and Margarito would land a power shot of his own in return. I'm pretty sure Cotto's camp thought the body attack on Margarito would be successful and I'm not sure if they had a gameplan which revolved around Cotto not going to the body.

Possibly, although he may really mean it. Cotto hasn't always shown every indication of being the most humble guy. I thought this quote from Cotto was hilarious - "If you saw the fight, the first five, six or seven rounds, I think Cotto was looking pretty good.” He sounds like Zohan. Yeah, Cotto was looking pretty good, right up until the point he started getting caught with actual punches, and not shots that missed or just grazed him.

Cotto wants the rematch, but Cotto after all thought he was going to get away with alot less than was required for victory. Hopefully Cotto isn't woefully out of touch with the reality of the this situation. He sounds to me like alot of these fans who have never seen Margarito get his face pounded for the first half of a fight - it happens alot. I though Clottey was fighting much better than Cotto in the early going against Margarito. That was schooling - not that panicky hit and run stuff Cotto was doing. Margarito was giving up every single one of those punches to walk Cotto down. It's nothing to brag about. Margarito had no respect for his power.

I still believe one thing. Gomez fight made Cotto feel like he was God. HE is back to earth now. He could win a rematch. But it wont be easy
