Cotto landed more harder cleaner shots on Margarito then Williams did.

Williams one that fight against Margarito fair and square but he was 1-2 rounds away from being KTFO....I honestly think if they fight a rematch, AM will be busier earlier in the fight and will wear Williams down. People need to stop with all this "Margarito's scared of Williams" bull****. Its getting old now.

Because fighting Cintron would have won him a world title - however Margo fought Cintron instead and destroyed him.

I think Williams beat Margarito fair and square - PW was helped by AM generously giving away half the fight though!

A rematch should happen, to decide the main man at 147.

Paul isn't scared of Marg and Marg is not scared of Paul. The fact that Cotto did land harder punches have little to do with how Paul's style and pressure WON him the fight against Marg, who TKO'd Cotto. Steve Forbes messed DLH face up more than Floyd Mayweather...but at the end of the day those are two seperate fights with two different outcomes. Paul didn't punish Marg....but he beat him in the ring. Marg didn't punish Paul either....but he did loose to the younger and more relentless pressure fighter in Paul.

I agreed with everything except that last line. Paul didnt use relentless pressure to beat Margo... he avoided Marg's pressure...

Calm down there boy...you act as if you are new to boxing. Paul is calling Marg out...bottom line. Of course he's not gonna send Marg flowers and a box of chocolates with a note begging for a rematch. He's gonna try to get under Margs skin and say things like he's "shook". Paul doesn't pitty pat. He's just a soild puncher and wears his opponents down. Paul does have KO power when he sits down on his punches, but Paul considers his style as a "WORKMAN" like style where he imposes his will by relentless offensive pressure. He punches are heavy, but don't look to be too explosive. His last two KO's were proof he has power. Marg said the same thing about Paul being scared when Marg was asking for an immediate rematch.

Is that relevent? Is Paul Williams now on trial here?

Stop trying to shift focus away from the fact that Margarito is ducking Williams. Granted Williams himself is taking the easy route by wanting Margarito, that doesn't matter.

Margarito is confident in his abilty to beat Cotto, and not confident in his abilty to beat Williams. That is why he would rather face Cotto.

Nah bro.....Paul was beating Marg early on at his own game...Paul plain and simple out worked Marg. Paul wasn't running and he wasn't trying to avoid Margs Pressure. His game plan was to out work Marg and he did. Marg began to turn things around late and started to catch Paul more, but Paul's consistant workrate never waviered. I think Marg wasn't expecting such a high work rate and the boxing skills Paul had, with the angles and lateral movement puzzled Marg a bit. The rematch will be anther high volume fight but I expect Marg to have a better showing....but I expect Paul to adapt and make a ultra competitive and brutal fight....I still think Paul takes a rematch but it might be a bit too close for comfort this go round.

I love it when people get backed into a corner so they start pointing fingers at everyone else, as if to say "Ya I'm worng, but so is that guy.". It doesn't help your case one bit.

PW needed the 12th round to win the fight thats not a ass whooping and most of his shots were slaps trying to keep Margs away from him. I blame margs for the loss vs PW more then I give PW credit for beating Margs.
Either way a loss is a loss but in no way did PW whip Margs if you say that you didnt see the fight
