Cotto landed more harder cleaner shots on Margarito then Williams did.

By throwing a lot of punches I consider that pressure. The punches that were coming by way of Paul sort of nullified Margs own pressure style. he wasn't able to throw as many punches as he normally would and he couldn't get off as much b/c he had to avoid Pauls onslaught.

 

Sure, he very well could have, what's that have to do with anything. i never said Williams was the most noble of fighters, but then Williams never clamined to be the "Most feared man" or "Most ducked man" in the sport did he? Nor was Williams on Floyds jock for 3 years, calling him out every 3 weeks for "ducking" him like Margarito used to.

Margarito is ducking Williams, and for that he is a hypocrite. end of, good night [insert ***goty emoticon here]

 

wassup people. it seems no matter what margo does the williams subject comes up. like cotto, he's the type of fighter that let's his management team pick the fights. yes he did call out dlh but because like officially mentioned a thousand times dlh had promised to fight the winner of cotto-margo. cotto was the overwhelming favorite, but things did not go according to plan. i don't think margo is ducking williams or anyone at all just wanted to go for the pot of gold like it had been promised. williams wasn't exactly calling out margo either so i think it's fair to say they respect each other. williams beat him in a close smart fight but a win is a win. that williams whooped that ass never happened, but the rematch would be one of the most anticipated fights right up there with a jmm-pacman rubbermatch and i really hope it happens but i think the management really want to hype this one up. maybe we'll get another hagler-hearns with williams wanting to make a statement as well as margarito and it won't get stopped on cuts or go the distance.
