Margarito could fight outside the states "NOW" after he just completed his "one year suspension" Maybe you have inside information that he was never suspended, but just felt like taking a year off from fighting inside the states. His license is to get reinstated here in the U.S. after serving his one year suspension, but he's allow to fight outside the U.S. But he was clearly suspended for one year and after completion, his license as of now is revoke until further investigation. Once again i'll believe multiple reliable sources that clearly state he was suspended for 1 year.

margo had his license revoked, he was suspended prior to the hearing / sentence hearing was set.
