Cotto NEEDS this fight immediately if he wants to regain his status as the man in the welterweight division

Shane is now "the man" at 147- he beat the legit champ and is now rightfully the champ

Cottos fight against shane was controversial, yes he won on paper but it wasnt a clear cut victory in fact I had Mosley winning by 1 point, a lot of other people had it a draw

Cotto can immediately erase the loss to Margarito by beating shane convincingly imo

Shane needs this rematch to overturn the decision in their last fight

This fight also needs to happen for the sake of boxing, their first fight was a FOTY candidate and would make for another great fight, anyone agree?

Cotto beat Mosley close but clear.
Margarito KO Cotto in a close fight.
Mosley KO Margarito in a shutout.

    It's FACT !

    Style make fight !

I wanted to see Cotto avenge his loss to Margie in June.....but with these
recent revelations of Plaster ( brass knuckles ) wrapping ....I don't think that will happen soon.

Cotto's style is made to beat Mosley and Gayweather.....would have beat
Margie until he cranked it up in the 7th round ( just when the Plaster started to harden )
    What a conincidence?

I'd rather see PTP vs Mosley to determine 147 supremacy.

Cotto vs Mosley is a good fight. So is a Cotto vs Margo rematch or a Margo vs PW rematch. Mosley vs Clottey or Berto are also good fights. And Cotto vs any of those 2 guys is good too.

I honestly thought Shane won when they fought the first time, he would do so even more decisively a second time, IMO.

Shane has bigger fish to fry now. He can probably land a fight with Pac or Mayweather.

Cotto should NOT be a top priority.

Give Mosley a mega-bout he deserves first. He's fought the best for years, time and time again.

Cotto beat Mosley clearly, there's no possible way you can give Mosley 7 rounds in that fight, I had it 7-4-1 for Cotto.

Shane edged that fight that night and would seriously hurt Cotto in a rematch. Mosley with Richardson is everything he should be Mosley just fought Cotto flat footed with no head movement loading up on the overhand right and still beat him.

when did he admit he lost? :huh From my recollection ,he thought it was a close fight or a draw or 1 point either way which is how pretty much the majority of people had it

How do you know that Plaster hardens after 7 rounds??? From what I remember as a kid, it hardens within like 10 min.
