Not so sure if dude had surgery or not. But I do know he was doing conditioning with Phil Landman because Phil tweeted pics of him on a treadmill and hitting mitts. I think this was prior to the Foreman fight.

If he lost it naturally, he wouldn't look like that. Regular exercise is suggested and encouraged post op to help mitigate the loose flesh, but sometimes the patient can lose up to 100 + lbs in a span of a couple months.

With Pedro taking over conditioning duties, Phil is now on the back seat...someone had to take advantage of that.

When you are that big it doesnt matter, your skin is going to sag.

Do I really need to show you? I don't think this is the place for it. It'll gross most people out. Just do a google search.

When you lose weight naturally, your body has time to acclimate. Sure, you might have some hanging skin, depending on genetics and how you lost the weight, but you don't have hanging skin to the degree where you need surgery all over your body to correct it.

A lot of the folks on the Biggest Loser are like this. They lose the weight quickly (some up to 100 lbs. in 6 weeks) and their skin is saggy.

The whole sagging skin thing is due to how big they actually got, espeically if the person is small to begin with.

Family member had a gastric bypass done and one of my soldiers on my last deployment lost about the same amount of weight over the course of a year working out 6 days a week. The difference was minimal aside from cardiovascular endurance of course. If you let yourself go that far there is only so much you can do before the knife starts calling you.

    Now back on topic...

    WAR COTTO!
