    Both will bounce back.

Pavlik will again be king of the middleweights because it is a weak division. Abraham is the only challenge there for him, and I think he can beat AA, though it won't be easy.

As long as Cotto works hard on improving his defence and his stamina, he too will come back strongly. With Paul Williams gone, I'd fancy Miguel to beat anyone in the division except Margarito. He can still carve out a great career fighting the likes of Clottey, Cintron, and possibly even the winner of Hatton-Malignaggi. If I were him, I wouldn't chase a rematch with Margo though. It will always be a bad stylistic match for him IMO.

Not hatton at 147, cotto would beat him handidly and I'm an hatton fan, that fight should have happened at 140 after hatton had beat muassa.

    This is crazy fanboy stuff.
Pavlik was humiliated and outclassed, but Cotto was BATTERED.
Pavlik's comeback is all psychological, but Cotto's is that AND physical.

Cotto will be fine and will make another run at WW. His performance against Margarito would've been trouble for any of the other Welters in the division. He just never faced that type of pressure, but it's nothing that he can't adjust IMO. He's still an incredibly skilled fighter and taking 1 loss shouldn't be the ultimate shamble in his career.

Pavlik will be fine also. He was just pushed too fast against a more experienced fighter when he should've just stuck at 160 and taken care of business there (though his promoters might've thought otherwise).

It depends on who they fight. I'm voting neither because if Pavlik fights AA I think he goes to sleep and if Cotto fights AM again he's going to sleep too.

You are talking about someone ( Cotto ) who hit Margie ( who has rocks for a brain ) with everything including the kitchen sink.
As opposed to someone who was very reluctant to even throw a punch...with the exception of the rabbit punches.

    Get a life dude!!!!!

Those are the odds makers who aren't really boxing experts, they just go by what the media pumps out. I picked Bernard to win by SD.

Cotto was favored 2-1 over Marg and Cotto took an L and the odds makers were being lenient considering the general media had Cotto winning that fight.

    Odds don't determine fights homie
