so are you saying that pac will not fight any of the three? seriously, outside those three, i could only see pac facing valero or jmm. no one else. i think roach is bargaining with the weight. when he says he wants cotto at 140, of course cotto will say no. then they look for a middle ground.

if roach's says shane at 145 and cotto at 144, they give up their advantage in the baraining automatically.

pac is going to fight either pbf or cotto. i truly believe that. mosley isnt an option for him IMO

Cotto is very smart. He sees that Arum wants to have Roach and Pacquaio at the Garden because Arum wants the attention to Pacquaio since Top Rank has become an all Pacquaio company. Top Rank = Pacquaio only. Cotto won't allow himself to be used by Arum for his selfish needs. He said it himself he doesn't need the payday if he has to risk his health for it. This is what I told all of you so many times before. Cotto finally knows. Top Rank always promises Cotto something and have lied to him over and over again. They did it many times. Last year, with the DLH fight, they lied and purposely gave it Pac. They now try it again this year but have these weight conditions for him to get it. It's all about dangling the carrot on a stick to him, lying to him and then pulling it away. Cotto knows Bob Arum is his enemy since he sided with a cheater over him bigtime, that was the straw. He saw that he really didn't mean anything to the promotional company, they are only interested in Filipinos and Mexicans (JuanMa will eventually learn this if he doesn't leave TR either). Remember the comments "They are only doing this to Margarito because he is a Mexican?" He will forego his last fight after Clottey and leave Top Rank right after the fight is my bet. He only has to see how Arum has Roach and Pacquaio there with him at MSG, laughing and drinking champagne together to know they were plotting against him the whole time.

Exactly. The door is closing on PAc's alternatives. Either he can get Bradley in the ring at 140, or wait for Floyd. No more inferior comp, past it guys, or weight weakened fighters.

Of course Cotto will say no then the word will be that he didnt wan the fight. Its not about "baraining" as you say, its about playing games in the media. You dont make fights in the media, they are made in the back rooms.

What they are doing is the very same things that we have seen from Arum fighters in the past. And what I told you cats weeks ago what would happen. In the end Pac isnt going to fight any of the three, Shane and Cotto because they want come down in weight , and Floyd because that say he has to take 35%...

Very smart move by Cotto. Should he beat Clottey he should focus on Mosley. He doesnt need Manny. He is a massive payday but Cotto shouldnt be foolish enough to kill himself making weight just for the check.

Yep. I'm hoping the Cotto/Clottey winner fights Shane. Maybe whoever comes out of that can then face Pac/Floyd winner or Paul Williams. I think all these fight should be at 147 though. I can't see having catch-weights when there has already been all these micro-divisions created.

I agree. It's not worth killing his self (or Mosley) to make weight for one payday and possibly lose because of it. There are always big fights available for fighters of their standing.

He says Cotto is left hand dominate like Hoya and Hatton. He says Cotto has an underdeveloped right hand and has chin issues. He goes on to say that Pac will exlpoit this, sit on Cotto's right shoulder and take him apart. He says he would pic Pac, possibly via KO. He also notes that Pac can be cornered, that Cotto is an excelllent boxer and that he can possibly corner Pac. He also says Cotto will have a difficult time beating Clottey.

Now all I need is to hear Mosley say the same thing, and I'll probably get my Cotto/Mosley rematch and Pac/Floyd fight:happy
