I just want to inform Top Rank is working to have Daniel Santos defending his 154lbs belt against Yuri Foreman in the undercard. This came out this morning in the Puerto Rican newspaper. www.primerahora.com.
hmm says. . . seems interesting.. Yuri Foreman looks alright even though I don't know much about Daniel Santos. Who else is in the undercard?
I just thought of something. Daniel Santos is left handed with good boxing skills and a decent power. I remember the comments the other day about the possibility of Ivan Calderon helping Cotto. What about a possibility of Daniel Santos and Cotto working together???? I think that could be great. I mean, they can do the running, weights, floor work together. Sparring days Cotto could start 45 minutes to 1 hour before Santos. Santos could be the last few rounds of sparring for Miguel. And Miguel could be the first few sparring rounds of Santos. Of course each of them will need some more sparring partners, which could be the same guys. 3-4 guys. I would love to see that.
