Cotto punches hard enough to take Margarito out! in the rematch.....

Margarito seems to have the edge to me, they both are not the same as the first fight, if anything Cotto has more mileage on the tires since then. But Margarito got two beatdowns since then and Cotto got one against Pac. They should be declined about the same level, so I think Tony pressures him again and same result, but this is a pick em fight at this point, we only have the result of the first to go off of, we really don't know what either guy has left until we see the fight.

 

Cotto will fill out at that weight just as well, But again I see something a bit different, though both have losses at the hands of pacquiao, Cotto did not take the kind of Beating that Margarito took in his fight with Mosley, those shots take something away from you.
Then 12 rounds of abuse from Manny that lead to his eye socket being broken.... Listen man I am all for a Margarito win I would love to see it happen I just dont think Tonys body can keep doing this the evidence is there in the injury, the same way it was for Oscar when he fought Forbes had his eye socket busted and look what happend in his next fight..... the signs are there.

Just verifying, cus alot of closet haters out here as well.... and obviously in that previous post you tend to think he did have loaded wraps for that fight no?

Even if miguel "sits" on his punches, it still won't phase tony's chin

best bet would be for miguel to go back to what he did beautifully in the past, throw them body shots

that body shot he threw against yuri was clean, if he's able to get those in, his chances would be greater than trying to ko him goin through the chin (while shane was able to, i still say tony's mindset wasn't there that fight)

if anything, i'd rather see shane and tony go at it again than miguel/tony

Im saying that Cotto cant handle pressure but if Margarito really had loaded wraps, it wont be anything like the first fight(the pressure).

 

its not that Cotto cant handle pressure he just did not know what to do with Margaritos style, he used his legs way too much, this is not the way Mosley and Pacquiao beat Margarito they did not use the entire ring the way Cotto did.
They simply ran their shots off stepped around Margarito and started all over again before he had the time to reset his feet.... they did this over and over until they won. Cotto used the entire ring costing him his stamina later on down the line. Mark my words he will not use the entire ring this time around, he can easily win by taking advantage of Margaritos poor footwork.

to me, there are still a lot of questions about that. its hard for me to believe this guy from one of the poorest places in mexico has been cheating his entire career and doesn't get caught until the mosley fight??? so manny steward doesn't know what he's doing when he's watching hands get wrapped? why do we still know so few details about the wraps?

Cotto doesn't have a powerful right hand. Left has pretty good power especially to the body.

 

Antonio got beat up very bad in his most recent fight. Does no one take that into account when predicting how this fight will go? He hasn't even been able to spar.
