I'll re-watch this fight in a few hours and post the rounds.

No worries. Wasn't trying to corner you or anything by making you list the rounds. :thumbsup

I wish I could re-watch it though. Only saw it the once.

    :good

Did you feel Williams won, or Margarito? I don't understand why Margarito waited so late to turn it up because when he did, he was effective.

I had that fight a draw but if people had Williams ahead by a few points I was find with it. That's why I like Margarito in the rematch. He learned his lesson to start faster.

Cotto did the same thing Hercules Kyvelos did when he fought Margarito: fell backwards because of the punishment he took. He never quit.

I thought Williams won. Watched it just that once, but missed rounds 3-5 because of a ****in power outage though :patsch. We had to haul our asses to a bar to catch the rest.

Don't be fooled. This is nothing more than Floyd Mayweather thread disguised as a pro-Paulie thread. I see this on other messageboards as well. The author is simply out to discredit Cotto as much as possible because he apparently didn't like all the talk about Cotto being worthy of beating Mayweather.

I hated Paulie, in fact I downloaded the Cotto fight just to watch him get beat. Then after watching it I had nothing but respect for him. The guy has speed, footwork, and a huge heart and a fantastic jab. If his hands weren't so frail I'd be a huge fan.

the difference is that Cotto was spent, energy wise. Cotto did not quit becaue he was scared to take more punches, he quit because he had no energy left to defend himself.

Malignaggi still had alot of energy at the end of the Cotto fight.
