atschWhen the hell was that? The 4th round?? Cotto got tagged but was never hurt. Try not to exaggerate to make your point...
I can agree that he would lose a Pac rematch. Under Stewart he would dispose of Chavez Jr. and Margo, especially after Margo receives his own Pac Man beating.
Same here. Damn Bob Arum would always make that fight difficult to make after all the previous failed negotiations.
Cotto is one of the few people left in this sport that you feel like you really should root for. The guy has been through so damn much, and still nothing seems to keep him from rising again. It always surprises me when I see people say they don't like him. Never talks bad about anybody, acts with class and respects the sport, gives fans the big fights and sacrifices himself everytime he gets in that ring. Even when his own promoter was trying to get rid of him by doing the promotion in favor of Foreman and ignoring him completely, he didn't let it get to him, instead he won the fight and stuck it in his face. When they put the catchweight on him, he still takes the fight. During the whole plaster wraps situation, when Arum stuck on Margarito's side, he let it be known to public that **** wasn't right when other's probably wouldn't care. In a way he would be the real ideal character for a spanish version of Rocky 3 or spanish Rocky series. :hey People complain that he is too quiet or he's not comfortable with the spotlight, damn think how many of you would be? Lots of people want to be famous, but never actually think they'll reach the bigtime..then when they get there, they fall apart or get into rehab, etc. Cotto's a great guy, wish him the best and root for him against whoever he takes on. One of the one's that deserves to win and will definitely be missed when he hangs them up.
Uhh... Pac's left hook dropped him, opened up a blood mouse under his eye, and changed the rhythm of the fight from being close to Cotto running from Pac in the later rounds. Moron! atsch
Cotto the ultimate warrior doens't even bother to mention that fraud coward known as duckweather. another indirect sign of how low the duck credibility has sunk
So by "all 3" the reader is to automatically assume Pacquiao, Margarito and Chavez Jr.? I know there's been a Cotto-Chavez rumor floating around for a few months, but there are lots of rumors...it still doesn't putt Chavez in a short list of 3 opponents Cotto might want in the next year or so. My assumption was Pacquiao, Margarito and Mayweather - as would probably be most people's just from seeing the thread title.
