Pac probably did feel bad, the fight should have been stopped and Pacquiao I don't think likes to intrinsically hurt people. But Cotto ungrateful? "Pacquiao is the best fighter I ever fought". 0 Excuses concerning weight, camp, or past fights.

No, Cotto needs to have some respect beaten into him. It isn't just about Pacquiao, Hatton didn't deserve that cheap shot. Hatton was so overrated at 140 that he made the great Kostya Tszyu quit and was undefeated there, while Cotto was being almost knocked out by the likes of Chop Chop and Torres. GTFO here. Also Hatton was 10x more impressive in stopping that poofter Malignaggi than Cotto was decisioning him. Cotto also claimed Margo used plaster against him trying to make excuses for his submission loss. That's yet another beating he deserves.

  3. Cotto's a dirty fighter, too. He tagged Judah in the nuts like 17X and then had the audacity to raise both hands in protest as if to ask, "Dude, what the ****?! NOWHERE near his balls!"

    :patsch

To be honest, I hope Cotto does fight anyone, but Pacman. A fight vs. Floyd would still be intriguing even though Floyd would be the favorite. For now, Cotto needs another "winnable" fight to gain some more confidence. Maybe carry a fighter for 10-12 rounds and knocking him out late. I think he'd be looking for big money fights at this point and not risk so much. Anyone except Pacman is fine with me.

malinaggi himself said during the interview after the fight, that he was in worst condition after the cotto fight that by the time mali's corner threw in the towel against hatton.

 I just find it hilarious how so many people admire and respect someone like Cotto but some others still twist whatever's necessary to put him down. The guy is not perfect. but he's certainly one of the fighters that's given more to the sport than most. I don't think he beats Pacquiao, although I think he can sort of redeem himself by losing in a more competitive fight. The Margarito fight seems like a toss up, and like most I think he beats Chavez jr.

Well, if we're going to get petty like that then I'll take it upon myself to confess that I'd love to see Manny's beach ball sized head get knocked around for mocking Floyd's shoulder roll, suggesting he's coward, and poking fun at JMM for drinking ****. Moreover Pac claims blood tests and wearing the wrong gloves were the reasons why he couldn't beat Morales in their first fight. Isn't that "diminishing" Erik's win?? Normally I wouldn't bring stupid **** like that up because I understand heckling is part of the sport and I have more patience than the average fan but I'll play your game because it isn't just made for one player.

Nah...the catch weight is only when PAC is INITIALLY moving UP to a new divison. Next fight IF it's at 154 there will be NO catch weight. PAC is simply allowing his body additional time to fill out and get acclimated to a new wieght. He fought Cotto at 145 and turned right around and faced Josh at 147. If PAC beats marg at 150 and fights Cotto at JR MW it won't be a catch weight fight.

Mayweather would have schooled Cotto at any point in their careers. I think they will fight soon. Will you possess the same opinions after Cotto averages 6 punches per round?
