Cotto has been rocked by both Judah and mosley, in fact I beleive mosley could of stopped him around the 10th round when that so called accidentel water spill on cottos corner (in Madison square garden hmmm) caused the ref to stop the action after Cotto got rocked and started running. Anyway during the judah vs Mosley press conference when asked who hits harder cotto said Judah. So my question to you is if Judah dropped mayweather with a punch that hit him flush on the chin, and he hopped up before the ref could see it unfazed. Why would mosley a slower mosley ( let's face it Judah is faster than Floyd and mosley just ask chop chop and Baldimire) be able to knock floyd out? And most importantly why does everyone assume mayweather has an un-tested chin? I'm at work typing on my phone so I couldn't put up the the link just go to YouTube and type on Judah vs mosley and u should be able to find it. O yea this is a grown man discussion no flamos and ******* little boy stuff, just a good debate. Let's go!!!!!
cotto just feels bad for punching zab in the balls repeatedly to take the wind out of his sails and is now giving him props... and yes...mosley had him...and gave him way too much respect in the course of the fight.... much like hopkins gave jermaine taylor too much respect.. if those fights had to be done over ...the other party would win
Yeah Cotto's corner planted that water on the mat just in case Cotto got stunned by Mosley so the ref can stop the fight.atsch By the way you clown it was Mosley who asked the ref to put a pause on the fight, and if Mosley really had Cotto hurt I highly doubt he would let some water on the mat prevent him for going for the finish. Mosley just stunned Cotto, he didn't have him seriously hurt.
Good insight. I didn't know Cotto had said that. Floyd has faced just about every style challenge that there is. Mosley doesn't have anything new for Floyd, and I don't think that Mosley has the tools to get into position to catch Floyd flush anyway. This should be a relatively easy fight for Floyd. The haters will say it is boring after Floyd breaks Mosley's spirit around the 4th round. The only challenge left for Floyd is that Filipino dude that won't take the tests. But even that guy isn't much of a style challenge. It's his speed and work rate that could pose problems. Even so, Floyd knocks him out in the 10th due to the Filipino guy's limited defense.
i'll tell you one thing.... that signature leaping left hook of mosley's is going to be expected and countered.... as fast as he can do it.
The truth is when your mosley's age every other fight is a good fight just think Roy jones or any of those other old fighters, If mosley gets tired late like he did with mayorga mosely will vet dropped and I will put money on it.
Cotto's weakness was the uppercut as proven against Zab & Margarito. I don't think Mosley ever really hit Cotto with a flush uppercut and can understand Cotto saying that because Judah was hurting Cotto before MC went low. Overall Shane hits harder but Judah is faster and as they say, the punch you don't see usually hurts the most.
Yeah. I think Cotto gets hurt most by those uppercuts, than any other type of punch. Zab threw nice uppercuts on Cotto. And about Mosley being not fast enough to punch as hard as Judah.. Even slow punchers generate big power. It's not always speed.
Mosley was hitting cotto with overhand rights all night and cotto still said Judah and let's not forgot what physics says about speed = power so if we know Judah is faster Ima take cottos word on that, unless u been hit by both of the?
This content is protected I don't know, Benny. Miguel looked ready to go to me, virtually out on his ****ing feet.
True but I'm trying to be understanding and just think Cotto's saying that to be nice. I don't believe Judah hits harder than Mosley but I haven't been hit by either and don't wanna be so I can't really say.
