Well, Cintron went out on his shield (second fight). Either way an apology is owed I think. And maybe the people on this board need to rethink Cintron.

No apology is needed he was knocked out twice by Margarito in both fights in under 7 if anything Cintron should apologize to Miguel for not being half the man Cotto is !

Its the fight game, no apologies unless you down & right personally attack ones family. Fighters cope it on the chin, don't assume they are as sensitive as boxing fans.

I agree, He showed much improvement in the second fight. Kept his cool, made a good fight of it and went down from a legit knock down punch. Hope he fights again soon, and Cotto, too. Margarito must be a very unpopular man in Puerto Rico.

To be fair he got himself out of a rough situation / survived in rounds 7 and 10.

Yeah but Cintron went toe to toe against Margo. how long you think Cotto would of lasted if he went toe to toe?

Who is more of a man? the one who runs or the one that stands toe to toe?

Sorry if you misunderstood me. I didn't meant to imply that Cotto didn't go down swinging(although, technically, he didn't). Cotto gave it his all, and has nothing to be ashamed of. His nose was ****ed up and he was breathing through his mouth.

Trying to breath through his mouth, you mean. did you see all the blood in his mouth? imagine trying to breath through you mouth while swallowing all that blood.his whole respiratory system was closing up.
