    Hmm.

    By Cotto's way of thinking,

one could say Cotto's refusal to rematch Tony Margarito implies he would lose to Margarito again ...

I agree with Cotto's statement...this is a chance for Pac to prove himself. However Floyd is a **** for targeting Pac in the first place and Pac being a proud man wont budge on it. Take the hatton-Pac 50-50 case...for a mere 1% Pac was willing to walk away from a 20mil payday...Pac's pride just getting in the way.

here we go with the sore loser ass ****. watch cotto's #1 cheerleader lampley be all over this next time. how many times does cotto have to get an ass tapping for people to realize that he's not invincible?
bottomline there's no proof margo used loaded gloves against him, and manny never even tested positive for drugs in any fight let alone the cotto fight
cotto got knocked the **** out whether you like it or not

    Maragarito TKO11 Cotto
    Pacman TKO12 Cotto

Cotto would have gotten a beatdown no matter what. Hes a little bitter and as a fighter you have this mentality that it must be the drugs that caused me to lose.

Fact is more fighters on PEDs lose than win

The boxing association handling the fight already has rules in place for testing procedures. These have been used for all previous fights, and for every other fighter. They are advised by medical professionals as to the best way to test for banned substances.

Why should Pacquiao have to take tests beyond what every other fighter does? This is pure gamesmanship by the Mayweather camp and Manny's camp are being naive by even responding to it. They should have just put out a statement saying "the boxing board already have professionally-vetted testing procedures in place, which apply for every fighter in every fight, and we will of course abide by them as we planned to all along."

Everything else is just hype and BS.

I watched Cotto on that Anthony Bourdan episode- he came across as 100% arrogant

What Cotto stated makes a lot of sense, regardless.

I blame both guys for not making this fight happen. Floyd shouldn't have asked for the test and Manny should've swallowed his pride and just took the test. Two egos refusing to budge. I expect it from Mayweather but I thought Pacman was above that. Both guys have showed some insecurity about this fight, shows what a good match up it should/should've been.

Makes alot of sense my ass. Floyd sr. started talking like this post Hatton, why the hell didnt Cotto ask for it?

Again, the facts are guys who got caught using PEDs are the ones on the losing side. It certainly didnt help Holyfield, Toney, RJJ, Mosley, Vargas.
I can name 10 MMA fighters.

Boxing isnt track weightlifting or track and field.

What you're saying about PEDs maybe correct, but it is not proof of anything mate. If Cotto asked for something like this, he would probably lose one of the biggest paydays of his life. Regardless, he finds team Pacquiao's reaction to Mayweather's request wrong, and so do I.
