THEY BASICALLY ASKED top rank promoter who his next oppenent would be and he said they nor cotto are thinking about that right now,its real early he needs to rest for about a month at least.after the fight cotto said he will continue to fight and yesterday there was a rumor that he could return against castillo, but they were also talking bout retiring, which the father said was true.after the fight they talked about everything but boxing.BOB IS THINKING OF OTHER THINGS NOW,HE ISNT THINKING IN THE RETURN OF MIGUEL COTTO

I'd be sad to see him go but maybe it's for the best. I don't want to see him against Castillo. Castillo probably shouldn't be fighting either.

Cotto's old technique is dead and gone his last two fights he's been off balance and his punches have no body weight behind them he's arm punching and his shots are wide compared to the past. It can be fixed if he'd get off his high horse and allow a trainer to tell him what he's doing wrong and correct him.

If Hatton has some fights left in him, than I believe Cotto does as well...cotto showed us he could put a decent fight against the p4p best...maybe Hatton and Cotto should fight each other...:think

Let's put it this way, Miguel Cotto will never be in a "Bad" fight.
He bring's it 100% & that is all you can ask of a warrior.

you know if Cotto refuses to make changes in order to maximize his potential he should retire, he has done about as much as he can with what he has. He needs a trainer that can teach him new things and push him beyond his current capabilities.
