Cotto too strong and too big for PAC or PAC too fast for Cotto?!

Which is gonna give Cotto more oppurtunties to land. And speed ain't everything when you got great timing and Cotto has that. Speed can also be nuetralized with a jab and Cotto has one of the best Jabs. He also puts his punches together very well. You go ahead and keep thinking it's gonna be a blow out. I love every minute it. And trust me, Hatton and Oscar are no where in Cotto's league, NO WHERE. And that's gonna be the difference come fight time.

And seen you said Mosley looks slower now. Well he didn't look that slow when he was out speeding Collazo, who has fast hands and than when he fights Cotto, all of a sudden he looks slow now. Than he looked extremely fast again when he knocked out Marg. Your really underestimiating Miguel Cotto and that's cool, I think everybody's made that mistake before. Everything remains to be seen though, and i'm not totally convinced that Pacquao will have an easy nite with Cotto, he's gonna have prove that.

Infact I think Pac would have an easier time with Floyd Mayweather than Cotto, mainly because Cotto would take more chances than Mayweather. Mayweather is too defefsive and Pacquao would love that.

 

Anybody who goes after Pacquiao will get Knocked out. Look what happened to Hatton. Pacquiao may not have the best defense but his foot speed and head movement is enough defense for Cotto's Slow offense.

 

I posted this elsewhere on here but a year ago this fight would have been considered a joke, my how things have changed. Roach wouldn't be taking this fight fight, if he didn't see something, as we know he studies hard.

He's looking at the Judah fight no doubt, left uppercut , straight left down the pipe that Cotto is susceptible too. Also he will have pac move to the right more (which i didn't see Zab do enough) for angles for the lead right over cotto's left (which he retracts low at times). Zab is Dumb, Roach and Pac are not. He will give Cotto allot of angles and movement, Zab fought more in a linear mode than i believe Pac will,

However it could play out just like the ZAb fight for Cotto.

I just hope there is no catch weight , most likely will be due to money. I think 145 is the most Cotto should agree to if so.

This one of those fight that I hate, in the repect that I like both guys, and both are class, so no villian.

 

But Cotto can do more than one thing and is more mutlidimensional than Hatton and Oscar. Well just agree to disagree on this one. My question to you is, If Cotto beats Pac, are you gonna give Cotto credit and not bring up how much naturally smaller pac is. Because someone always usually has an excuse after a big fight.

 

I think another thing to consider is consistancy and quality of trainers. Advantage PAcman, you know Roach will know, exactly which way cotto's eyebrow is pointing when he does something, or if his elbow is in out when he does something.

Also Cotto in his last 2 fights was not the come forward fighter he had previously been, he fought off the back foot mainly. Roach will try to take away what Cotto did to Zab by using speed and footwork. The more I analize this matchup I can see how they think Pac will win. but conversely Cotto isn't Hatton and old ODL, he fought bigger and stronger men in Margo and Clottey than PAc is.

I have to believe that the Zab fight is what they are looking mostly from the tactical standpoint.

 

You have to be a certified ratard to believe Cotto (or Mosley for that matter) is as fast as Pacman.

If the fight happens around 142 I give the edge to .Manny but if the fight is around 145 I will go with MC.And let's not go over board with Manny's speed Cotto IS NOT HATTON he can nuetralize his speed !!!!

 

Some people still haven't got that yet. That's why they have to fight because seeing is believing, and that's only how they'll see.

 

I don't understan do people think manny will beat cotto the same way he did oscar and ricky ? The only man to beat Cotto had to use a foreign object but Manny is going to walk right through him ? I can't wait for this fight people will believe after they see !

Oh Yeah. I always give big props to Marquez because of how he outboxed Pacquiao in 2 fights. Even though he lost and most people will disagree that he won both, he fought well enough to give Pacquiao a hard time and for us fight fans an awesome show.

Cotto got beat by a pressure puncher but hella slow. Pacquiao doesn't need no foreign objects inside his gloves coz He already has a lot of power and speed in his punches.
