Now who the **** said Miguel still doesn't have that leaky, squared up guard?? Mayweather is stomping a mud hole in old boy, and I love Cotto, but this "new and improved Cotto" looks the same.

His hands are more by his chin, his head isn't past his knee, and he's throwing straighter.

Even in his great performance against Margarito in the rematch, he still had his high guard with his head past his knee, at times he corrected but it's a habit he cannot break. That's how he fights and that's how he'll always fight. The big difference was the clinch game (bullying tactics) and the sustained movement.

And Mayweather has a habit of not putting together combinations and potshotting. Not a good ingredient for someone like Cotto. Cotto puts together cominations and has good timing too.

Wtf is wrong with you? Marquez is a way better combination puncher than Cotto ever was and you saw how badly the defense upset his gameplan. Combinations are completely predicated on openings, if there aren't many, the combinations don't flow. Simple, right?

Marquez is nothing but a counterpuncher. Unless your gonna tell me Marquez is more versatile than Cotto because he definetly isn't.(and please don't bring up Cotto losing to Pacquaio badly because he did better than ever other welterweight that pac destroyed and fought better) And Floyd fought a slow lethargic version of Marquez, definetly not the better conditioned faster version that pac fought.(the fight and 24/7 proved that in terms of his prepartion) It is no secret that Marquez always had the right style for Pacquaio, styles make fights. It always has and always will. Just like the style made fights when Floyd loss to Juis Luis Castillo the first time and he should of dominated him, but he couldn't. he beat him the rematch but still couldn't dominate him.

manny wanted him to come back down to 147. he fought margarito at 150. why not cotto? because he knows he can't beat cotto or anyone else without playing the drain game. *see pac/jmm 1, 2 & 3 as proof.*

news flash: bradley is going to get in pacs ass come june!!!
