Again, Shane OFFERED to move to 142. How does that show Pac TRIED to drain someone they have no intention of fighting? Well guess what, it doesn't.
It's sad that you cannot even be genuinely honest on these topics.

EVERY FIGHTER does it to themselves. Why? Because they are either greedy, or NEED the $$$ a Pac fight will pay them.

They fight all their lives for the BIG fight, and when it comes they can't refuse it.

It doesn't change the fact that Pac has a History of bringing fighters down or trying to bring them down in weight, or in JMM's case having him move up.

    Morales
    De La Hoya
Mosley (tried to fight him at 142 a few years ago)
    Cotto
    Margarito
    Marquez (Moved up)
    Bradley (Moved up)
    Cotto (again)

This is bull****. One fight, two fights, maybe three is pushing it, but having 8 different attempts to get fighters outside their weight class is ridiculous.

Again, you have your facts wrong. Roach said 142. Mosley said, **** it, lets make it 140... Pac's camp was silent and moved on.

No. When asked why they wouldn't fight Shane at the welter limit since he was as old as Oscar Freddie even said because he was better at this point.

They wanted it at a catchweight which Shane AGREED to.

:patsch just pathetic on the **** you blame Pac for. Get thisa through your thick skull, Roach said they weren't interested in Shane at 142. So why do you blame Pac for that? So you can just discredit it as another weight drained opponnent? ****in weak ass **** right there. And if you are honest, you'd agree what a twat you are on this.

So? Kudos for Roach for being honest. Now tell me how that means they attempted to drain Shane to 142 (as you originally stated) when they obviously said no thanks.

MANILA, Philippines - Freddie Roach wants Shane Mosley for Manny Pacquiao but only if the WBA welterweight champion agrees to drop down to 142 pounds.

Dealing with the two biggest DLH fanboys here....zero login in the inconsistency they display. Roach/Pac TRIED to drain Shane, even though they said no to him? Wow...that makes a ton of sense!!

This is fact,Freddie Roach is on record saying how he did not want to fight Shane,Shane went to his gym twice asking for a fight and was turned down... Shane says you let him fight Oscar, and Roach's reply is "your not Oscar" this is on video..

He wanted "Shane Drained" at 142,he was the #3 Welter Weight right behind Manny and Floyd at the time.. Pac beating Shane after Margarito would have been a great win...

Instead of fighting Shane, his camp decided "why not fight the guy Shane whooped! So he fights Margarito "a known cheater with at least Mosley" then finally does fight him after Floyd beat him and a draw with Sergio.

There would be no point to fight Shane at 142. I'm glad that didn't happen. You, and many others, would just ***** about fighting Shane at 142. Besides, it's not like Pac fighting Cotto instead was a terrible idea. If he chose Shane, you and the others would discredit the win as a weight draining, then say he ducked Cotto, the guy who beat shane. Fighters can only fight one guy at a time. And some of you ***** just for the sake of bitching.
