Floyd gave Cotto his highest pay day while beat his ass. If Floyd's nose bleeding because he was sick the night of the fight and got hit on the nose is consolation for you then :rofl:rofl:rofl

Floyd didnt really "beat his ass". Cotto knows he's a big enough draw. There's bigger fights and more money to be made without Pacquiao.

    Bring on Trout
    Then Canelo
Or a possible Martinez/Chavez jr bout.

    **** YES !

Cotto has mayweather 2 and canelo he don't need no weight draining handicap for pacs benefit and damage cottos ranking for that money. I guess cotto learned about integrity now.

I'm glad to hear this. Cotto shouldn't risk his health for money. If someone wants to fight cut all that catch weigh crap out, let's fight at the limit that the commission establishes.

Arum is a liar and Cotto could make that much in two fights and still be at a comfortable weight for him and giving himself a better chance to win.

The real question should be how much did Pacquiao turn down just so Cotto couldn't weigh a full 154? If Cotto was going to make $12mil then how much would Pac have made?

Not to mention that a rematch at a catch weight would be pointless considering the last time these guys fought Pac whooped his ass. The only way a rematch makes sense is if Cotto could come in at 154 and have no excuses otherwise this is just the first fight all over again.

It was for the best though because we got JMM vs Pac 4 and Cotto vs Trout. Two great fights instead of one replay of a mismatch.

Regardless of what Arum says, i don't think you could seriously accuse Cotto of ducking anyone. The man is a proven warrior who will fight anyone, and i commend him for not bowing to the catchweight demands.

Trout is a very tough fight for a fairly low reward, so it's not like he's taking an easy option.

13 million minus the 45% cut that promoter wants. Cotto 7 million. Arum 6 million.

Cotto, does need Pac, and thats all to it ! He doesn't need to weight drain himself to make that fight happen. So, if he wants to fight "Cotto" let it be at 154 lbs.
