I think Cotto standing up and saying something makes sense. He is probably wondering if Margarito had something in his glove in his fight with him. I would wonder also.
I can't much blame him, he feels Arum sold him out and cares little about his well being.. Cotto and Mosley both had their family and friend at their, one can only imagine what they would have been going through , if thing turned out much worse because of the irresponsible actions of one boxer.
