Cotto Vs Berto is the fight that NEEDS to happen

I agree. Makes a lot sense for both fighters and I've been saying it even before the Foreman fight took place.

 

Should I be worried that I'm agreeing with this particular thread starter of all thread starters? I mean this is the guy that ridiculed people for thinking there was an even round, when there is and started a thread about it. Where he was owned in most of the comments. Not to mention he thought Foremen/Cotto was an embarrassment to the sport. And started a thread about it...atsch

 

Cotto has said hes willing to go back to 147 if something really good is offered.

I think a Berto fight is really good. Not really PPV worthy imo but I wont complain if it is.

 

Yeah, I agree it's not a PPV-worthy fight. Besides, they've spoiled Berto enough with what they've given him at HBO. I can't imagine he's been worth it to them.

 

Martinez, Williams, Dzinzurik, Angulo. Would rather see these 4 in with Cotto than Berto

 

You lost me at Cotto vs. Martinez and I was about to stop reading but when I got to the part about Roman Gonzalez I totally get it now.

 

I would like to c it happen but I think cotto will stay up at 154 now. I think he may try to pull Williams into a fight nxt which would be a pretty good scrap IMO.

id like to see this fight at 147 berto is already a small ww and will look like a ball if he moves up

maybe if berto can stay away from pacman and floyd make a few decent mandotories and perfect on few things like stamina and acuracy he will b the star in a studded division with the lkes of alexandwer and khan within the next 2 years

and cotto should take on margo or pacman in a rematch
