Cotto vs canelo catchweight?

    I don’t think there is a need for a catchweight here, because Canelo is technically moving up to Middleweight to challenge for Cotto’s MW title.

    However, Cotto is naturally a Jr Middleweight so both guys should have an easy time making the Middleweight limit. The question is will Canelo fight at Jr Middleweight (154 limit) again after the Cotto fight?

    I’m also wondering if Floyd retires after fighting Berto, if Floyd’s 154 titles will be vacated in time for Cotto Canelo. Another possibility is for the winner of Cotto Canelo to hold the MW title but still be able to challenge for the Jr Middleweight tiles when they become available if Floyd retires.
