Cotto vs Canelo How many PPV buys do you think?

1.5m to 2m... one thing to consider, this year we wont have many ppvs as we did last year, and this is the biggest fight that can be made in boxing today..

 

How is this happening if GGG is the mandatory?! Surely GGG won't accept step aside money, so is Cotto vacating the belts?

 

GGG has taken step aside money as long as he gets the Cotto Canelo winner.

 

As big of a fight this is, I find it hard to believe this fight hits 1.5 - 2 mill

I can't see more than 1 mil. People don't realize how big May/Pac are/were...they're household names. canelo and Cotto are big stars in boxing but they haven't transcended the sport.

The fight flooped because Cotto was inactive comming to a recent loss to Trout and was fighting a fighter that was suppose to destroy Cotto in a mismatch by this forum. I expect Cotto to attract more fans now.

 

I hope they manage to surpass the 1 million mark, that fight will make our money worth, sad people still want to give money for free and buy Floyd fights.
