Oh yes he lost . . . and now he's back fighting top level opponent again . . . . if you just have a little brain . . . JUST A LITTLE . . . that should tell you that the guy is for real . . . . in fact he should have fought the same guy who gave him a loss if not for unforseen events.

Well I'm not disputing that claim . . . because it all depends on who's talking.

Bottom line . . . even if this guy have 5 loses . . . I'll still give him more respect than a guy who run to retirement just to avoid tough competitions.

Mosley has 5
Cotto has 1
Margarito has 6
Katsidis has 2
Juan Diaz has 2
Pavlik has 1

. . . but I still support these guys because they comes in 100% and bring in action in the ring.

Cotto is by no definition a *****. Even as an official Cotto hater, I will admit that he is a really courageous and talented fighter.

But he is extremely overrated.

 

Like I stated earlier, records don't represent a fighter.
Yes Cotto is a good fighter, but he's overrated, especially his skills.

True that. But Cotto is basically overrated by almost everyone that likes him. Just how AM was overrated by all of his fans.

I have a problem with it when I gotta hear $hit like "Cotto is a brilliant boxer, his body punching is amazing" or "Margarito has an awsome chin, and his stamina is insane". Those are clearly signs of fighters being overrated. Look how much AA gets overrated.

outside of bums like Jeff Lacy and Kermit Cintron, every fighter worth talking about is gonnna get down played and overplayed by someone, be it dickriders or haters
