I didn't imply that. To clarify: I've just got a feelng that if the tables were turned and people were talking about PBF having really bad ratings, you wouldn't be saying 'so, he's a good boxer'. You're entitled to have your favourites however.

    yes you did...

pbf is probably the second or 3rd biggest draw in boxing, even if he wasn't it doesn't change the fact that he is the best fighter in the world, since when did ratings determine skills?

The highlighed bit was a rhetorical question. I did not say you (or more accurately mean you). And I'm wrong am I? About if the tables were turned and kinda enjoying the discussion if it were about PBF...? I've got you wrong then.

the tables aren't turned and cotto (as you can see) is getting heat for it, so its ok for cotto to be bashed for being a poor draw but not mayweather? double standards:patsch

Damn, I thought Floyd vs Mitchell would have done the worst.

That wasn't WCB, as neither one of them held a title at the time.

So what was it, because it wasn't BAD. But that should be a suprise that Cotto and Gomez was low who wanted to see him against a contender star. I know alot of people who watch the Margo fight, but didn't watch Cotto, becaue they felt it was easy.

I liked that fight my man, especially when Lampey asked Floyd about the NFC and AFC championship games. Plus Sam Peter was on the undercard, and I thought he was going to be the next great thing :patsch  :-(

You know what, you're right. That fight probably was WCB. Regardless, it's a little suprising that the fight did so poorly. There have been plenty of mismatches on WCB, and this one did worse than all of them. They even had a championship fight on the undercard as well.

I love Floyd, Jones, Hammed, Mosley, and Tito but I also like Hatton, Cotto. I not one of those who talk mess about a fighter. Only when people say another fighter is hyped up,and he will get beat by this particular fighter. then te next week that fighter looks bad. Ex Dawson and Diacouni. But i RESPECT A FIGHTER FROM EVEN GOING IN THE RING
