especially in cottos case the quicker it happens the less chance he has of winning but the longer the delay the better the payday and his chance increase of beating pbf

AM was willing to take short money to get the fight done cause Frauds lifelong motto was "If it makes dollars it makes sense" - but that went out the window and he was all about the "legacy".

Now its back to the money with choosing DLH instea of Cotto.

See a pattern here? Its about whatever lets him follow the path of least resistance. :deal

go on and justify PBF not fighting the top welters out there. Thats what this post is all about......fortunately the informed fan could give a **** about PPV numbers, they recognise talent and want tough matchups while the uninformed slobber and eat up **** fights like DLH v Forbes which regardless of HBO numbers is a big steaming pile of ****!!!! Quantity has nothing to do with quality. PBF HAS ENOUGH MONEY QUIT JUSTYFYING HIS BULL****!!!!!

once again you cats seem to be avoiding ONE major factor in this situation...FLOYD ASKED FOR THE FIGHT with Cotto. How is that the path of least resistance?? You know its guys like you that just dont get it. If a fighter doesnt do with YOU think he should do when YOU want him to do it he is a coward.

Until you trim down to a respectable fighting weight, climb your butterball self in a ring and have some guy swing his fist at you only covered in tightly packed 8 to 10 oz gloves at your head with the intent of knocking it off you really should STFU. I sick of hearing lumps like you calling fighters cowards

relax Ellerbe, Fraud is the only fighter Ive ever called a coward and for good reason.

So FLoyd wanted to fight a green Cotto when he was still at 140lbs and thats o.k. . . . but now that Cotto is at his best weight with tons more experience (Shane) . . now Fraud groupies claim Cotto aint worthy, or doesnt have enough fans.

So I guess Cotto was more worthy and had more fans before he beat Shane.

Dude it was fuking 1 and a half years ago. Cotto is was 27 or about to be 27 and had been a pro for over 5 years, he wasnt green. It was a fight that Arum wasnt interested in then and he isnt NOW or eles he would have 1)taken Floyd up on the offer and made the fight when both guys were still at top rank 2) Offered Floyd a fight with Cotto since then. Niether one happened

    Green my ass:roll:

He already is very popular, but I think he hasn't reached his true potential yet.

He could built his fanbase much more for various reasons:

    1. To be more popular. It always helps.
    2. To win more money.
    3. To make more pressure for a Mayweather-Cotto fight.

    How he can build it?

Fighting Margarito, maybe fighting Mayoga, knocking out more opponents, fighting in MSG or Las Vegas, etc.
