No, most realistically is they weren't ready for Floyd when Floyd mentioned Cotto @ 140. Arum not matching his 23-0 Cotto vs Mayweather @ 140 was NOT only because of money, but because it was still soon. It's only the last year Cotto has really seperated himself from the other contedners.

And using caps or large letters is just annoying. Doesn't give your post any more weight.
