It's only a very specific demographic that sees this fight as competitive. Hint: check their locations.

I spend more time on Mars, actually. But as you can see, I still carry the flag of planet Earth.

    Cotto beats him pretty handily.

    A fight @ 140 would've been better.

Hatton was better there and Cotto seemed more vulnerable there (as well as being less experienced).

I'm a brit and seen alot of hatton pre-mayweather and i never rated the guy if im honest. he's a good aggressive fighter but his resume isnt impressive, his two biggest wins were castillo and kosta tszyu who were both fighters in decline

I don't really think Mayweather or Pacquiao affected what he has to offer much, he got one of his best wins (Paulie, sadly) post Mayweather. He wasn't special to me before, but he was a scrappy little huggy bear.

Oh noes!!!111 British fan supports British fighter shock horror!!!111

This sort of rationale is ******ed anyway. Most knowledgable fans would at the very least thing think this fight would be competitive. I can't see Hatton winning, but I sure as hell don't think he gets completely shut out - and that has nothing to do with my locality.
