Nahh Khan skinny legs are drying for some extra muscle so he can plant his feet more a deilver better shots. Khan will do great at 147 better than 140 watch.
His frame will fair well at 147lbs but I dont his genetics "crave" more muscle in his legs. His build compliments more the fast twicth so he should focus more on lean muscle and explosivness. I don't think planting his feet more would help his game...it might increase his overall versitility but pivoting in the pocket and creating torque in his execution is not his stong suite, simply put he's not fully built for that.

These S&C can work wonder's providing the right types of diet plan and exercise's which can focus on different area's of ones body. Now Khan as you pointed out fast twicth type of fighter those upper body should remain lean in order for him to retain his key assist his handspeed. When adding the extra 10lbs or so moving up in weight and going by how skinny his legs really are I think they will try their best to beef them up a little.
Most likely if the fight hppnd next month Khan would lose. When Khan is moving he is on the defensive he cannot throw anything back.
Now right Khan wins (I'm assuming Cotto would struggle to make the weight). 2007 version of Cotto wins by KO/TKO.
