It is because or Roc, they owe Cotto $10 million, no way he makes that money without PPV, but he's really not going to get it fighting a Kirkland, he'll probably rematch Canelo in Sept.

Roc Nation says Kirkland received a hairline nose fracture sparring and the whole card
cancelled. From all reports they were going to lose a fortune. Should never have
been PPV.

 

Brook in the UK would get a Cotto a great payday.

A fight i would love to see.
Although at this point, Cotto is just not looking for fights where he could potentially lose. He wants easy paydays Thats clear to see.
Kell Brook is no easy payday.
