Cotto vs Kirkland - potential future match up at 154

    Kirkland, would seriously put a beating on Cotto and finish Cotto's career. Everything Cotto is Kirkland is better.

    I'm a Cotto fan but I agree with what you wrote. Cotto at this point is a bigtime bleeder. I was surprised to see him marked up by Foreman who's featherfisted and relatively inactive. The combination of Kirkland's power and pressure with Cotto's leaky defense and history of fading make this a pretty scary matchup.

    I'm completely confused to why since James doing a bid he's all the sudden a better fighter because of it. James has potential and all...talented kid but he's not a great fighter...he's got many flaws and an experinced guy like Cotto would easily beat him. James is big..he's storng...talented but hasn't got the "polish" that enables him to get the most out of his attributes. Cotto would dominate a guy like James.
