Cotto vs Margarito 2 possible for June 09

That's very true. The Margarito that turned up for the Cotto fight was subpar by Margarito standards. Have you watched alot of Margarito fights? That was one of his least impressive performances, by far.

 

Yep i saw it i know what you are trying to say but like i said he try to out box him the BEST way he could didn't work i dont see nothing diffrent if there's a rematch the only thing that could be diffrent is that Cotto may get stop earlier.

 

At the end of the day if Cotto had better stamina, he could've kept up long enough to avoid the Margarito explosion for another round or so and might've left with a debated decision either way.

At the end of the day, Cotto is showing a brass set if he wants to fight Margo again.

If he wouldn't of gassed out, he probably takes some of those middle rounds.

working???? cotto quit because he got the **** kicked out of him while he tried to box him...that wasn't one punch that was a cumulative beating...cotto should go to the body all night asnd clinch when they get in tight....he can't run around or he will gas again

 

How did it fail him? It won him one half of the fight before Margarito's gameplan and his stamina put the ole kibosh on it.

It's far more possible that Cotto is Hearns and Margo is Barkley..but let's not act like Cotto just sucked it up out there.

 

lol I agree with the brass set...there is alot of money out there for cotto but if he fights maragrito he is a ****ing warrior

I like cotto but he ran too much and the accumulation of punches he took right from the start whether he was winning or not got to him...he is not a good enough boxer to do that stuff, that's why he has a brass set to fight him again because it looks like he can't win no matter what he does

 

and if he quit in the 10th that means he was damn near DEAD after 8 because u know he is no quitter
