With tickets in hand,I cannot wait for this drama to unfold.MSG will be electric and I hope like hell that Cotto somehow decisions Margarito.
Anyone in town going to the fight and wants to join us for a pint or 2 I will be at Jimmy's Corner Bar(West 44th Street) on Thursady night and at McSorley Pub(East 7th Street in the Bowery) on Friday night.
    Until then,cheers!

Cotto will be smart. his footwork is looking great. He will box Nd exchange only when he needs to. he might get buzzed a few times but I see him winning this fight and even hurting margacheato.

The main thing Cotto has do do different is to use his footwork...Not to run,but to go from side to side, and not staying in front of Margarito. And not go backwards. If he can follow a good gameplan,he shouldn´t have the biggest problems against margarito.
Margarito must not come in to close,Pacquiao showed how to take away Margaritos tools,by moving from side to side,Throwing from the outside AND not try to infight Margarito...I hope Cotto wins either on UD or TKO (witch i think is almost impossible)

Cotto by desicsion. Margo's coming off a horrid performance vs Pac and hasn't fought in over a year. After Cotto's loss to Pac - he has come back to the winning side and from what I remember seeing Margo in his last 3 fights, Mosely, Garcia, and Pac, Cotto appears to be the more fresh.

I hope cotto wins and i can't really judge his trainer just by watching 24/7. But I know cotto can't be training as hard as margarito. Margarito is an animal. If his eye holds up, I'm afraid he will punish and tko cotto within 9 rounds. But lets hope cotto found new things from his new trainer and can win an UD.

Think Cotto will pull this off. Lets not forget Margo is coming off a horrific one sided beating against Pacman and 2 fights ago got his ass handed to him by Sugar Shane!! His cuts will probably open up again from the Jab of Cotto i would of thought he will be aiming for that eye all night long.

The first fight Cotto tired due to the letting Margarito constantly pound the body and hit him at will with the uppercut. This time around he will box smart and only exchange when necessary. Margarito isn't the wrecking machine he once was.

    Cotto UD

This is a pick em fight. Could go either way. Damn, I don't think Cotto can deal with the intensity and pressure that Margo will put on him but if Margo gets any cuts or swelling around that eye the doctor may stop it.

I just watched the 24/7 last night. It was actually a very good episode. Funny, I like Tony's camp, but I don't like Tony. He just seems to be out of place with all those other guys, well except for Rios.

Anyway, I believe Cotto has come back from adversity since his losses and has improved his game. He seems more balanced and matured. This is the first step back towards super stardom again IMO. If he thoroughly beats and stops Margarito, look for Cotto to want to avenge another loss. I honestly think he can win both fights and look forward to seeing it happen.
