I think slugging is a skill to a certain degree. You have to have crazy toughness and crazy stamina just to compete.

Let's compare that with insane speed, stamina, movement(requires stamina), ring generalship and activity.

The true special fighters are the ones with such skills which is why the majority of Olympic Gold medalists are guys with that style of fighting and not the sluggers.

Of course professional boxing and amateur boxing are two different things under the same category and have nothing to do with this discussion, it's just an example.

Cotto Margo is a fight to remember and fewer of these are made nowadays. Im pretty sure its gonna be talked about for a while. Scar u gotta admit even though your boy does good numbers DLH/Floyd was pretty awful.

it's common sense kid.....Mayweather was on the last leg of his career when he got those big buy fights.....Cotto's still got 3-4 years before he's Mayweathers age when he got those kind of DLH-Mayweather buys or Mayweather-Hatton buys... and he's already getting numbers like 450k, and without the help of 24/7 to top of it all....the facts speak for themselves

Your cocksucking post was about cocksucking. Nothing else really.

Only a joyboy fanatic would hang on PPV numbers. Hey guess what? I've bought shitty entertainment before. No different than you I'm sure. And do you still remember it? I sure don't (although I should note that I've never contributed to lining the pockets of your hero).

I'm quite sure those people leaving prior to the final bell of Baldomir-Mayweather won't be thinking about that fight 10 years from now when someone asks them what fights stood out in their minds.

Anyone can be duped into buying a HYPED product yet only a fool stands by a polished turd to save face.

The accomplishments still remain and will silence you right there and then. #1 fighter at Welterweight after 3 fights in the division only, 5 division champion and a fighter who will be remembered as a great special one. That's how history will remember this fighter and his fights whether you enjoyed them or not. I don't see how Gatti/Ward is being talked about as a true sign of art in boxing and will never be, if boxing to you is about blocking punches with your head then that's your taste, the true facts(not your bull**** worthless opinion) say IT ISN'T.

Regarding my post, your first reply was to a post I made ABOUT PPV NUMBERS, meaning PPV NUMBERS HAVE TO DO WITH IT. So **** off please and try to keep your worthless laughable opinion out of it, I know a lot about it already and it includes nothing but pure hate for a specific fighter you dislike and complete nuthugging for another fighter you're using to feed your hate. Obviously and clearly.

It's still calssified as a "style" in boxing, so of course it requires skills which sometimes could be classed as "club fighting" skills depending how poor it is. The true boxing abilities are never classified as that.

The guy couldn't sell out the arena is his hometown at the time. But, my, look how things change when you get DLH and Hatton to give you a handout.
