Amazing fight - Totally top draw, but I'll still slightly favor Vasquez V Marquez III as FOTY this year - That's no slight on this fight.

:good izzy-rafa 3 is the only fight thats comparable or better than this

 

In terms of action, I think Izzy-rafa is better than this but nothing in that fight compares to the shock i was in when Cotto was stopped. The most shocked I've ever been watching a live fight since Pavlik vs Taylor I.

Margarito is a badass. to be jogging towards your opponent in the 11th round is insane.

 

i looked forward to that fight more than any other this year,i was counting down the days once the fight was officially announced&it lived up to my expectations.:good

 

Fair enough although I have a feeling Izzy vs. Rafa will get the nod this year for fight of the year honors because they finished off one of the best trilogys ever. :good
