Cotto vs. Margarito II a go

Yes, some of us are stupid enough to buy it. I'd much rather even see Cotto vs. Cintron, but whatever. I'd still watch it I guess.

 

Margo deserves a fight after showing tons of heart in the Pacquiao fight.. I hope this fight finally happens.

 

Arum is correct we will buy this no matter how bad and wrong it is. Arum has his favorites in his stable. If it was Cotto with the injury he would have been rush for the fight to be earlier just like for his Manny fight with all his personal problems and large cut not fully heal. Arum is just a money hungry dude, he is hoping for a real tough battle once again and then pray Cotto wins and will rush him to fight Chavez Jr., mark my words...

He knows Cotto/Margarito will bring him the most money. His plan was to put Chavez Jr. in with Cotto, but he found out Jr. is not ready for Cotto and he has admitted that. He does not want to risk anything with Jr. at this point since he knows there is a lot of money potential since the last ratings. He knows Cotto could ruin that for him right now at this point. So what better to give Cotto a real tough fight and has waited for Margarito to be healthy/fully heal and will most likely make this fight at 154. The Chavez Jr./Cotto fight will be rush trust me on this one. It's the same what happend with Cotto personal problems and lawsuits and having surgery for his large cut that was reported before it would have not been fully heal until Dec. Then things suddenly got push to Nov. for his Manny fight and all the pending lawsuits and problems Cotto still had to take care. How come Cotto didnt get the same treatment Margarito has received or even Manny when it comes to negotiating? Arum knows Cotto win or lose will always have his following, he cant risk that with Chavez Jr, right now.

 

I feel the opposite of most in here, I think it's Cotto that's further past it. I see Margo doing the same thing as fight 1 but finishing it earlier this time.

 

I'd literally bust a nut in laughter if Margarito did exactly the same thing to Cotto all over again, butchered him for 12 rounds and put him into retirement.

No, just someone who thinks Margarito was unfairly treated and that the evidence was never more than circumstantial that he may have had loaded wraps for that fight.

He hit Cotto an awful lot in that fight, slowly wore him down and took his pride away when Cotto couldn't finish him.

If he does it again, it would be A: Justification for him, B: Proof it wasn't loaded wraps, C: A hell of a fight and D: The end to Cotto who I think has been over-rated for several years.

 

Margarito butchered him for 12 rounds:huh I always said it, this fight the only winners were the fans. Both fighters took a lot of shots and Cotto probably got cheated. We will find out soon.

 

I don't know if Margarito's chin is the same.

 

A. He only got suspended for no reason. B. Cottos other lost was to Manny who refuses random testing and consider one of the greatest aside from the circus Cotto was going through during training C. Cotto will win and Margarito will be the one who will retire D. Cotto will continue making money and you continue living a life of hate against Cotto

 

Guess it's good for Cotto to have a chance at beating Margo's face in. BS because Margo doesn't deserve such a big payday, but did we expect anything different?!

 

So if Margarito loses the rematch, does that mean he had loaded wraps in their first fight?
