Assuming Margarito did not cheat in the first fight, what are Cotto's chances in this next fight.

I think he gets shredded again. They both have plenty of time to train. Margarito should be plenty motivated to be in good shape.

I think if both are at their best, Margo is just better, head to head against Cotto. They both have lost a few marbles though, so it's not a cinch.

if cotto was a ww and marg was a lmw and they agreed on 150-151 I could understand it.

but 153 seems pointless. it's kinda like cotto is just telling the world that marg is his ***** and he can make him do anything he wants.

If anything this is just bad for Cotto. Now Margarito knows Cotto has some fear of him. He will be more motivated and confident than ever.

Im actually thinking this one ends much quicker this time around. Bet the house on Margarito!!!!

Yeah, 153 catchweight in a 154 divsion, in a sport that most agree has too many weight class to begin with...this really helps boxing.

This would be an acceptable answer anywhere else except ESB. I totally agree with you, but you still have idiots out there saying, "I know he had bricks in his hands, I know he cheated, I know he had plaster, I know he used...., I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know,I knowI knowI knowI knowI knowI knowI knowI know...well you get my drift.

    As Bob Arum would say:

So what if he comes in at 154?

This is almost embarrassing and, to me, it looks more like desperation on Cotto's part than anything. Some are going to say its mind games and such and that may be true but from my point of view it seems Cotto is desprerate to get any advantage he can because he is worried about a repeat outcome.

I'm glad the fight is on, it should be an excellent fight. I think Cotto wins this time because Margarito seems to be fading quickly but this is simply embarrassing on Cotto's end.
