I have just bet money on a boxing match for the first time ever. I put £20 on Margarito winning either by KO, TKO, or DQ. I get a return of 92 pound back if I win. The funny thing is, I expect Miguel Cotto to win the fight on points but unlike the "haters" I don't rule out Margarito getting a stoppage. Cotto is a great well rounded fighter, but he is just as vunerable at 147 as he was at 140. This was evident in his bout with Zab Judah. I don't think there's any question that Margarito can hurt Cotto. I pick Cotto by UD but foolishly I bet Margarito by stoppage.
not foolish at all. I bet on Judah to upset Clottey because i liked the odds, but if you ask me who i think will win, I'd pick Clottey in a close one Gamblers bet the odds, not necessarily the result.
