Recently Martinez was quoted saying he was willin to fight Cotto at a catchweight (maybe 157lbs?) but why at a catchweight when Martinez says he can make 154lbs, right? Well, Cotto has been quoted that he wants to be a 4 division champ (quote at the scene) and has also said that he was willing to fight Chavez Jr (before Jr started looking like a damn beast and looking good) at MIDDLE WEIGHT. Not too long ago (and still at the scene) Cotto is quoted saying that he wanted to fight that french dude (N'Dam N'Jikam) for his MW belt at.....you guessed it, MIDDLE WEIGHT! Now if Martinez gets **** for wanting Cotto at a catchweight why not Cotto for wanting to go to Middleweight to fight Chavez Jr (I can understand Chavez is for the money) and N'Dam (but why him since he is not popular or known like Martinez) but not Martinez? :nono Seems to me the offer Martinez made to Cotto of a catchweight is good considering that Cotto is/was planning on getting a belt at MW. And before people say that Martinez aint that popular.......who besides hard core fans know who is Trout? :nono
