he was looking for the left uppercut early on, but more as a feint and tapping with it to set up his right hand

I want to mention that even though I am in the minority in my scoring, two of the rounds I gave to Cotto could easily have been given to Floyd. So my range was 115-113 to 117-111 for Floyd.

The fact you didn't score round 8 for Cotto is...disturbing.

I actually had it 116 to 112 Mayweather. There were some close
rounds. Cotto did better than I thought, For a second I thought he was
Gonna land the hook to the body. I cant find my scorecard though.
My friend scored it on his smart phone I brought a pen and paper
im old school haha. Some of the close rounds could have went to
Mayweaher. Money was picking him apart in the exchanges.
Mayweather clearly won, but looked 35. Pac/May now at 147
Mayweather picks him apart. I do believe Pac can drop
Money within the first 4 rounds , after thatfight Money picks
    Pac apart

That's not a trap, that was Floyd getting punched in the face and throwing the best counter in the game.

You *****'s are out of control on here.

Closest you can have it is 116-112 Floyd and that is pushing it a bit.

    Mayweather - Cotto.

    10-9
    10-9
    9-10
    10-9
    10-9 - Very good round.
9-10 - IMO, Cotto hurt Mayweather from a leaping left hook at the beginning of this round, his legs stiffened, but showed a great poker face. He became more stationary, and more sloppy...mainly because I believe he was trying to get his senses back.
10-10 - Very even round IMO.
9-10 - Cotto forcing Mayweather to fight against the ropes and basically teeing off on him. Very good body work.
10-9 -Close round, but Mayweather on landed shots and activity. Cotto's upper body movement at the end of round was really good.
10-9 - Another close round, edge to Mayweather on landed shots, Cotto's little flurry at the end not enough to steal the round.
10-9 - Another hard round to score, Mayweather just, just edging it on my card.
10-9 - Cotto hurt via uppercuts on 2/3 occasions. Mayweather's best round since the fourth, and arguably his best round of the bout.

    Mayweather 117-112 Cotto.

exactly my card, nicely spotted on the 6th too, cotto did hurt him, noticed soon after mayweather couldn't shoulder roll a right hand from cotto, he seemed hurt for a good remainder of the round, can't believe cotto didn't spot it

I gave cotto round 6 and 8, 8 was not as clear on my first viewing. FMJ was all class.

Yeah, I thought Cotto would have spotted it with him being in there with him, because if you don't see Mayweather's leg wobble and coordination go just slightly after that punch, you wouldn't think he was hurt. If in fact I am reading that punch correctly, and Mayweather was shook up, he did an amazing job of hiding it from Cotto. The clean punches (the cleanest in the whole bout for Cotto) he took following that left hook tell me he did have Mayweather in a bit of bother. He just didn't know it.
