Cotto, without a doubt. Mosley should have one more fight against a much lesser opponent for the win/money, and then hang it up.
While I think Cotto should be the favorite based on age, I can't see writing Mosley off against him. Cotto while only 30 has been through wars. Torres, Judah, Mosley, Margarito, Clottey, and Pac... Those are some tough SOB's.. Especially when you consider the heavy hands most of those guys posess... Cotto is not a pure boxer, so all of those victories were hard earned.. While I hope we can see him get back that old spark I think his better days are behind him.
I have no doubts that Miguel would beat Shane again.. Maybe after Foreman they could fight again, like what was said before, a good payday for each fighter.
I'd give the edge to Shane. I'd have to see how well Cotto does at 154 though. Plus, maybe Floyd took everything Floyd had left. We would have to see.
Yea but the same can be said for Cotto.. No one knows how a fighter can come back from defeat... It was hard enough coming back after what Marg did to him, that was a Taylor/Chavez type beating.. Now after Pac got to Cotto, who knows what he has left.
I think he can do it.. But I think this Foreman fight is gonna be another very tough fight for Cotto. This guys gonna look big next to Cotto.. He moves really well, places his shots and knows how to box.
Yeah, i'm hoping Cotto starts landing that left hook to the body early... Cotto looks really motivated..
He does seem to be re focused with a new trainer... I'm sure with a better corner the Pacman fight would have stayed interesting throughout. I think it's just a meantal thing now about if and when he starts to absorb punishment.. Is he gonna stand and make it a war, or go in retreat and survival mode? Would definitely be good to go back to his vicious body attacks against this guy.
